Message "Unable to get an activation code for this serial number"

Q : When trying to to Register automatically I get the message "Unable to get an activation code for this serial number". What does this mean ?

A : This message means that you have already used up all the Activation Codes that were available for your Serial Number: By default you are limited to one Activation Code for your given Serial Number, unless you bought a number of licences with the same serial number.

If, for any reason, you have used all your Activation Codes, you will not able to activate new product installations.

In such a case, contact the Raisonance support team (support@raisonance.com) asking for more activation codes to be allocated to your serial number.
